What forms of payment do you take?

I offer self-pay options and provide a sliding scale fee based on financial need. I also accept insurance from Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Oscar, Oxford, UnitedHealthcare, and Tricare East.

How can I use my insurance to pay for sessions versus paying out of pocket?

To pay out of pocket, I will send you an invoice when scheduling and ask that you pay 48 hours before your scheduled session to confirm your scheduled time.

If you want to utilize a commercial insurance plan, such as Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Oscar, Oxford, UnitedHealthcare, please click the link below to verify coverage. Once on my headway profile, click the button that says “Add Insurance.” Headway will take care of the rest. You may also book a session on the Headway site or contact me directly to do so.
