How Do I get Started?

How often will I have to attend sessions?
In the beginning, therapy sessions are typically scheduled weekly or every other week, depending on your needs and goals. Over time, as progress is made, sessions may become less frequent, transitioning to every few weeks or once a month for long-term support and maintenance.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel sessions at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions not canceled within 24 hours will be subjected to a $50 cancellation fee. I reserve the right to extend a courtesy for a no-call no-show.
Do you take calls after hours?
As a therapist, my commitment is to providing high-quality, compassionate care during our scheduled sessions. To ensure I can be fully present and focused during our work together, I do not take calls after hours. This helps me maintain a healthy work-life balance, which ultimately benefits both my well-being and the care I offer to clients. Establishing clear boundaries is essential for fostering a safe and effective therapeutic relationship. If you are experiencing a crisis outside of regular hours, I encourage you to reach out to a trusted support network or utilize emergency services.
